Et pourquoi les employés de Vidéotron ne sont jamais assez intelligent pour comprendre le problème? Il dise toujours d'appeler le service a la clientèle, mais devoir les appeler a chaque année pour un appel de plus qu'une heure c'est justement le problème! Et le problème reviens toujours!

À mon domicile actuel, le service HELIX n'est pas encore disponible, et je n'ai donc d'autre choix que le service ILLICO pour l'internet et la télévision par câble. Les services ILLICO sont-ils proposés séparément ? Est-il possible d'avoir seulement le service internet ou est-ce que l'internet est groupé avec le service de base de la télévision par câble ? Je ne veux pas payer pour des services (de télévision par câble) que je n'utiliserai pas.Question about VIDEOTRON illico internet and cable TV service
At my current residence, HELIX internet and tv service is not yet available, so my only option is their ILLICO internet and cable TV service. Are ILLICO services offered separately? Is it possible to have only internet service or is the internet bundled with the basic cable tv service? I don’t want to pay for (basic cable tv) services I’m not going to use.

Overcharged internet without notification
Hello, I'd like to share my experience with Videotron internet. First of all, we have been a user of the internet of Videotron since 2016, which has been long enough to be a loyal customer. Over the years Videotron kept changing their internet plans/monthly rates, which got cheaper. However, since 2022 somehow we have been overcharged monthly amounts of the most expensive internet plan GIGA while our plan has been Internet 60 (minimum cheapest plan). We have never received any notice of rate changes from Videotron, finding those overcharges by chance. So we contacted customer service and asked them check our account, and they immediately found those unfair charges and modified the next bill amount. As for all the overcharges, they said they would contact us again less than 48 hours, but we had No call, No answer, No letter from them. How can we ask them refund us fairly?
Putting a web server in the DMZ
J'ai un PC configuré comme serveur web sur mon réseau. J'ai accès à Helix Fi sur mon iPhone et au routeur sur le LAN à 10.0.0.1 Je suis parvenu à assigner une adresse statique à mon PC. Maintenant, comment je fait pour le mettre dans la DMZ de sorte que si qq de l'extérieur met mon adresse publique dans son fureteur, il se retrouve sur mon site web?

Bonjour, J’habite à Gatineau, mais vraiment proche d’Ottawa. Dans le sens que, Je sors de chez moi, traverse un pont et je suis à Ottawa. Ça semble me causer des problemes lorsque j’essaie d’ecouter des chaines du Quebec (par exemple le hockey à Rds ou TVA sports avec mes données de telephone. Donc, quand je me suis pas sur mon wifi. Par exemple, à un café juste à côté, ou durant mes pauses au travail. La diffusion est bloquée parce que l’on dit que je ne peux ecouter du contenu “hors Quebec” auriez-vous une solution à proposer? merciCustom subnet
Hello, I was trying to setup my second router to be part of the same network as my Helix Router but when I tried entering the subnet 255.255.0.0, it does not let me. I can only choose either 255.255.255.0 or 255.255.255.128 which does not work for me. Is there a way I can choose my own subnet mask? Via SSH or telnet maybe? Thanks

J'ai un Helix avec forfait de 400mpbs depuis plusieurs années. Depuis quelques mois, on a un problème intermittent à accéder à des pages web ou à ouvrir des app. Mais une fois que la page commence à télécharger ou que l'app est ouverte ou que le film est commencé, il n'y a jamais d’interruption. Le problème est seulement pour commencer quelque chose. Comme si un firewall se posait la question pendant 10 secondes à chaque fois avant de nous laisser faire ou pas. Ookla Speedtest me donne toujours toujours toujours 450mbps download et 55mpbs upload. Mais le problème est là quand même. Voici des certitudes qu'on a testé: Le problème est indépendant de l'appareil (on a iphone(2), ipad(2), Windows(1), Mac(1), Apple TV(2)) Il est indépendant de l'endroit dans la maison. Indépendant du browser (safari, edge chrome) Indépendant du search engine (bing, google) Aucun nouvel appareil n'est arrivé dans notre maison depuis que le problème a commencé. On fait un reboot du helix et ça change rien Si je me branche sur mon cell Rogers 5G en hot stop, il n'y a jamais ce problème Au chalet, avec l'internet Cogeco, il n'y a jamais ce problème. Le problème est donc avec Vidéotron. On a éliminé toutes les autres causes. Le gars de Vidéotron m'a dit d'enlever "Advanced Security" dans l'app Helix mais ça ne règle pas le problème. Bonjour, Je suis présentement avec le forfait 100, mais je voudrais avoir le forfait 500, et cela depuis plusieurs années que je l'attend. Je vais sur la page de Videotron.ca et surprise, le forfait 5005 est disponible a mon adresse. Donc j'appelle Vidéotron pour l'obtenir, mais on me dit qu'il n'est pas disponible ???? J'ai pris une capture de la page de Vidéotron pour ce concerne le forfait en question. Qu'est-ce qui se passe, Videotron fait de la fausse publicité ou quoi ?
