Comme toujours, les appareils de Google sont évidemment les premiers à recevoir la mise à jour vers Android Oreo. Notez que cette liste ne regroupe que les smartphones dont les constructeurs ont officiellement confirmé leur intention d’effectuer la mise à jour. Précisons également qu’aucune date précise n’est annoncée, et que certains appareils de la liste ne recevront la mise à jour qu’en fin 2018.

Have you tried to uninstall the user center + and install it back ?

Hello JasonSmith! 

We suggest rebooting your phone by turning it off completely, waiting 5 seconds, then turning it on again. 

If that does not fix the issue, as BB-8 Suggested, try uninstalling the User Center + app, rebooting the phone, then installing it again. 

If the issue persists, we recommend contacting our Technical Support for further assistance.
