User Centre App - iOS
This has been going on for awhile now, but my User Centre App on iOS always logs me out. Seems to me I would always be logging in. When I launch it, it asks for my password. The app used to have FaceId (I think) but I don't see that in the settings anymore. The app doesn't even allow an autofill of my credentials. Damaged Rented Cell Phone Samsung Z Flip 5
The biggest scam of the century at Videotron, renting Samsung Z flip 5 - screen issues Description of Issue: On January 7, 2026, I returned the rented Samsung Z Flip to Videotron after the rental period of 1 year and 2 weeks. The device is completely broken and unresponsive, based on the well known issue by Samsung. Upon returning the phone, I was informed by Videotron that there is no warranty coverage for the device, and I was directed to contact Samsung directly for repairs and pay from my own pocket 730$ +tax. My rent payment will continue at Videotron another 12 months based on rental contract even if the device is dead and unusable. After reaching out to Samsung, I was informed that the Samsung Z Flip has a well-documented issue with its screen, and the repair costs are excessively high—nearly equivalent to the price of a new phone. This is unacceptable, as the device was rented in good faith and should have been in working condition upon return. Videotron was aware of well-known issues with the Samsung Z Flip 5 model but continued to sell and promote it without adequately informing customers of potential risks. At the end of contract I have to return a functional phone so on any case I will be forced topay 730$ +tax and return back to Videotron. I have been a loyal Videotron customer and chose to rent a phone with the expectation of reliable service and support. This experience has significantly undermined my trust in the rental program. I am wondering why the Canada-international plan has no USA calling included (Canada to USA) , lately most plans have USA calling included so why should this premium plan not have it, I hope this changes soon. Greetings, I will be grateful for any helpful piece of advice on the following problem. I don't know when and how my voicemail stopped working. I can access it by listening for information about the lack of a message. However, callers have no signal and no greeting. Thus, they are not able to record any messages. Should call forwarding be enabled with forwarding to voicemail, its phone number? Thank you in advance. I'm new here and need help! I've recently bought my Pixel 8 Phone, unfortunately I've missed the return date as I don't like it at all, should've stuck with Samsung! I've had nothing but problems since day 1, have been on the phone daily with my provider, they were blaming everything but the phone, turns out it was the phone but they didn't believe me! Anyway, I'm having problems answering the phone in the very short period I'm given! So I need to increase the length of time/number of rings to answer my phone! Speed in Europe on partner networks (at least in Germany, Netherlands and Belgium) is downgraded from 5G to LTE, due to partner agreements not optimized yet. (as tested on business trips April 2024 and June/July 2024). This has finally been disclosed to me by Videotron customer service after several support calls. I've done side-by-side tests with my colleagues on the same major networks (T-Mobile, O2, Vodaphone) who have SIM cards from those providers and they are getting 5G and I'm consistently getting only LTE. I've even done this comparison test inside the cell phone providers stores. To my knowledge, only in France, does Videotron have the agreement for 5G. When I was originally considering the Videotron Canada-International plan, none of the sales literature or fine print discloses this fact. So ive got a plan with videotron when they first started offering mobile service which gives me unlimited data. The last few years its been a nightmare they keep trying to get me off my plan. They tell me i cant have lte or 5g cause im on an old plan, and when i travel to toronto the overage fees even when my data is off is minimum 100$ for a few days and thats with data turned off. Now i tried to add the daily travel option they told me i cant do it again unless i change my plan and lose my unlimited data plan. Im at my wits end with this company ive been loyal to them for over 10 years i buy phones from them, i guess they dont appreciate loyal customers. So what im asking is if anyone else is experiencing this and what they are doing about it, because im about to switch to a rogers infinite plan for 200g a month only 65$ and right now im payin 80$ a month but if you leave quebec on my current plan you get overages right away so the novelty is wearing off plus being on 4g affects my service as it switches towers constantly. I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service that Videotron uses: Planete Courier/Puralator. I waited all Thursday and the shipment was delayed due to a snow storm, which I understand. The next day, I wait all day and I receive and e-mail saying that the delivery attempt happened, no one answered and that I need to pick up the phone in 3 days at a different location. I was home the whole time and no one rang my doorbell. I'm extremely upset that I wasted my time and I NEED a cellphone. I have these new contracts and would like to use the phone that I've now been waiting for over a week to use.
