I CHANGED MY ACCOUNT WITH VIDEOTRON

Hi sorry but i change the celphone company here with Videotron and i donwload the app but i dont have an account and would like to know how to do it

    Hello, 

     

    Yes, it might be confusing since we are currently using 2 different platforms.

     

    If you just moved to Vidéotron, I would assume you are on the Helix platform for your cellphone(s). 

    There is no app yet for this platform, therefore if you want to follow your usage, you will need to access the ''My account'' directly on an internet browser. 

     

    If you have any doubts on which platform you are on, do not hesitate to ask. 

    We have an amazing chat team available on multiple platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, Vidéotron's website) and we have phone agents.

    Please know that we will be more than happy to assist you. 

     

    For your information, the customer service is open on weekdays between 8 AM and 7PM & during weekends from 9AM to 6PM. 

    Also, the technical support team is available at all times.
