Helix TV. Descriptive audio will not turn off.

For the second time on the TV show, 9-1-1, the descriptive audio comes on and despite the toggle showing as "off"  -  it definitely is on.  I have not been able to find anything that will turn it off.  Anyone have any suggestions, or know why this is happening?

If the audio description option is deactivated, it is possible that the feed of the program transmitted by the broadcaster contains the audio description signal. You could still try to restart your device and, if applicable, confirm if the problem is present on more than one device.
