So I followed this...

but I have "No Associated Device" listed in port forwarding and "delete this port forward" button does not work. I tried waiting 5 minutes.

If I completely reset my router are all port-forwards removed?
I greatly enjoy this service but I can't be stuck with a configuration I setup 5 years ago. I need to be able to change this configuration.

Exactly same issue here
Cant remove the forwarded port. Keep getting: "We're Having Some Trouble".
Resetting the Wifi didn't help
Would a factory reset help? Isn't there another way (will be a lot of work to reconfigure everything)
Technical support doesn't seem to be able to help. They say this is an advanced feature. Wonder why we pay for it then.
