J'avais accès à la page redirection de port sur la borne helix via l'acces web cependant lorsque mon compte a été activé je dois configurer les redirections via l'application helix fi cependant je ne peux plus configurer de redirection sur une adresse ip statique contrairement à l'accés web via le fureteur. La redirection peut se faire seulement sur une adresse IP du range DHCP configuré. Comme mes redirections de port sur des adresses statiques avaient été configurés avec la mise en service de Hélix ceux-ci sont listés dans la page de redirection de port sur helix fi cependant pas moyen d'ajouter de nouveaux ports. Comment expliquer qu'un fonctionalité existante au départ n'Est plus disponible via helix fi ??????

On s’est fait pousser dans la gorge l’utilisation de Helix-FI pour la configuration ici, donc on n’a jamais eu la chance d’avoir la configuration normale de disponible. Cette configuration Cloud bridé est vraiment inutile.

Plusieurs modifications de configuration (telle que de spécifier une adresse IP fixe) semble fonctionner ou s'activer de manière aléatoire. Parfois je dois redémarrer la borne à quelques reprises. Parfois ça ne fonctionne jamais. Le réacheminement de port (port forwarding) ne fonctione pas comme souhaité. Sur 6 port ou plages que j'ai configurer, seulement 2 sont réellement ouverte lorque je vérifie avec des sites comme portchecker.co ou canyouseeme.org.
Cette borne qu'on me facture plus de 330$ (sur 24 mois), est inférieure en rendment et fonctionnalité à mon routeur précédent à 150$. Qui plus est, je viens de perdre 4 heures à m'arracher les cheveux pour essayer (et échouer) de retrouver mon fonctionnement d'avant Hélix.

Plusieurs modifications de configuration (telle que de spécifier une adresse IP fixe) semble fonctionner ou s'activer de manière aléatoire. Parfois je dois redémarrer la borne à quelques reprises. Parfois ça ne fonctionne jamais. Le réacheminement de port (port forwarding) ne fonctione pas comme souhaité. Sur 6 port ou plages que j'ai configurer, seulement 2 sont réellement ouverte lorque je vérifie avec des sites comme portchecker.co ou canyouseeme.org.
Cette borne qu'on me facture plus de 330$ (sur 24 mois), est inférieure en rendment et fonctionnalité à mon routeur précédent à 150$. Qui plus est, je viens de perdre 4 heures à m'arracher les cheveux pour essayer (et échouer) de retrouver mon fonctionnement d'avant Hélix.
