J'ai un ZyXel EMG2926 (pas de borne Hélix) et j'ai le même problème que tout le monde ici pour me connecter à Mon Dossier de l'ARC.
Quand je passe par ma connexion LTE avec mon cellulaire (partage du wifi) je n'ai pas le problème.

J'ai moi aussi le même problème sur Windows 11 et un ZyXEL EMG2926. J'ai deux amis qui ont aussi le même problème (dont un avec une borne Helix).
J'ai contacté le soutien technique de Vidéotron et un de leurs employés seniors a accepté de faire un test avec sa propre machine à la maison. Pas de problème de connection pour lui. Il a essayé aussi avec son cellulaire sur Wifi.
J'ai moi même essayé avec Safari sur MacOs et j,ai pu me connecter.
Il semble en effet que le problème puisse être lié à l'ARC et que ça soit intermittent à cause de la forte demande. Pourquoi est-ce qu'avec Firefox, Edge, Chrome sur ma machine principale c'est toujours un CONNECTION_RESET ? Je ne sais pas.
Mais je pensais partager avec vous ces infos.
Le service technique a ouvert un billet officiellement pour suivre la situation de près si d'autres s'en plaignent aussi. N'hésitez pas à rejoindre leur service de clavardage, très pratique et facile pour nous de signaler un problème. Pas besoin d'attendre au téléphone 🙂

Le problème est intermittent et se situe clairement du côté de l'ARC. Parfois, l'accès à «Mon dossier» fonctionne. Parfois, il ne fonctionne juste pas. Il faut être patient et réessayer de temps en temps.
Il m'a fallu plusieurs tentatives pour réussir, mais j'ai réussi.
Ceci dit, si le site de l'ARC a été réalisé par l'équipe qui a conçu le système de paye Phénix ou l'appli ArriveCAN, il ne faut pas s'en étonner.

Bonjour, j'ai le même problème. J'ai passé une heure avec un conseiller de Vidéotron pour mon Hélix. Il a été patient, a testé mon adresse IP, les paquets, etc., et n'a pas pu résoudre mon problème. L'agent de Revenu Canada a aussi passé une heure avec moi pour finalement accéder avec mes données cellulaires. Je ne connais pas le langage Internet, je me sens dépassée et inquiète quand je ne trouve personne pour m'aider. Dernière chose: ce matin, en essayant encore d'accéder à l'ARC: après avoir rentré mes mots de passe et codes et abouti sur une page blanche: je voyais le nom de mon réseau Wifi sur l'onglet... Pourquoi?

Est-ce que le soutien technique a pu corriger la situation? Une configuration a changer au niveau de la borne? Autre?
Je crois que tous les clients Helix vont avoir le probleme en fait. Tout comme l'impossibilite de connecter a un VPN via PPTP avec la borne Helix.
Faut-il bridger absolument la borne afin d'acceder a \"Mon Dossier\" de l'Agence de Revenu Canada?

Avez-vous changé les règles de firewall dans les pages de configuration de la borne ( 10.0.0.1 ) ?
Moi j'ai laissé tout par défaut. Dans Gateway > Firewall > IPV4 > Typical Security (Medium)
