Helix on Ipad playback issues

Helix on Ipad with Bell Mobility signal.
Cut playback snd direct view.  So bad that I have to watch direct program on my phone.  For PVR recorded playing on Ipad, many times, I get error message for playback issues.

    I think glitch on iPad, especially with PVR recordings. Try switching between LTE and 5G or toggling airplane mode to reset the connection, then force close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, reinstall the Helix app and make sure your iPad and app are fully updated.
