Helix on Ipad playback issues

I've been running into constant playback issues with Helix on my iPad lately, which is really annoying since I'm trying to research https://santarosacountycourt.org  for an upcoming project. The streams keep freezing and dropping audio right at crucial parts, making it impossible to review any recorded depositions smoothly. I’ve tried restarting the device and clearing the cache, but nothing seems to fix the stuttering. It would be great if they could patch this soon, as right now it’s completely disruptive to my workflow.
