Helix on Ipad playback issues

I’ve run into similar playback glitches on iPad before, especially after updates or when streaming larger files. Sometimes clearing the cache or adjusting the playback quality settings helps stabilize things a bit. I was also checking some related case lookup resources recently and found Fresno Court Search pretty useful for organized public information. Hopefully the Helix team pushes out a smoother fix soon because it can get frustrating during regular use.
