I had similar playback issues on my iPad, especially when switching between apps or after a long session. Restarting the app and checking for the latest update helped improve things a bit. I also came across some useful information while browsing https://hallcountycourt.org which reminded me that sometimes system settings can affect media playback too. Hopefully a future update smooths this out for everyone.
