Moi j'utilise l'extension Adguard avec Edge et je sais que le site de l'ARC n'aime pas trop (donc le site est exclus dans l'extension en question). Mais récemment, pour avoir eu des problèmes de connexion avec MON DOSSIER (pas de soucis avec les étapes d'identification, c'est après que ça bloque), ce qui a réglé le problème quais instantanément, ce fut de réinitialiser le pare feu de Windows. Trouver où, c'est pas facile. Voir la capture d'écran à cet effet (pour Windows 11).
Cela a réglé en même temps d'autres soucis pour accéder à certains sites web banals lesquels, jusque là, s'ouvraient sans problème. Je ne sais pas trop pourquoi ce problème de pare feu est survenu. Mon seul indice: j'utilise à l'occasion un VPN.
Ah oui, j'avais exclus d'emblée Videotron et Hélix puisque je n'avais aucun problème avec un autre PC sur mon réseau.

La seule solution qui fonctionne pour moi par rapport à tout ce qui a été marqué ici :
utiilser le réseau cellulaire (Rogers) plutôt que le Wifi avec Helix...
Est ce que Vidéotron peut il faire un effort et corriger ce problème?

Je ne sais pas si le sujet est encore d'actualité mais si vous parlez du fameux problème du site de l'ARC mon Dossier qui, après les premières étapes d'identification, charge une page qui n'aboutit a rien, j'ai finalement trouvé la solution: Je suis allé sur l'application Helix Fi sur mon mobile et j'ai désactivé l'option de \"sécurité avancée\" et tout s'est mis a fonctionner de nouveau 🙂 Bonne chance !
