I want to see what I recorded on MY tv. Not the recordings from the entire household

Problème Hélix 4K et TV LG 65UF9500
Avant sur le système Illico, J’avais accès aux postes 4K mais maintenant c’est impossible depuis que j’ai migré vers Hélix. Le signal n’est plus accepté par ma télévision LG modèle 65UF9500 avec leur protocole HTCP 2.2 alors qu’il était avec le HTCP 2.1. LG et Videotron se renvoient la balle pour dire que le problème n’est pas de leur côté. Quelqu’un aurait une solution pour corriger ce problème ? Où puis-je formuler une plainte à Vidéotron? Helix app on fire stick stop working
Suddendly the helix app stopped working on my Amazon fire stick. I can open the app but nothing load, even the channel list don’t load. I clear cache I force stopped I uninstall and reinstall After all this it still don’t work, are they currently any issue with the app on fire stick? Hello, I have been using Helix for a few months now and I realize there have been no software updates. Sadly, i heard that videotron will not be improving the Helix as it is 3rd party software. Please tell me this is not the case. If there are updates in the pipeline, when can we expect them to be implemented? It would be wonderful to know that picture-in-picture(PIP) is coming. Will any apps be added? Crave app, for example for crave subscribers! Hi, I have changed my Videotron account to Helix but I have an old analog TV (tube). This is causing the TV images to be a bit bigger then the TV screen and all Helix menus are 2x the size of the TV screen. The tech said I need to buy an HDMI to 3RCA converter but the one I bought does not work. I think its because it does not have an NTSC/PAL switch on it. I ordered one at Amazon (haven't received it yet) but I noticed its power is from an USB plug that has to be on a PC. Apparently the majority of those converters sold by Amazon are getting their power that way. I could not find this elsewhere. I would need to use a USB power adapter but I hope the watts will be OK. So in the mean time, for those that are in the same situation, what converter did you get and from where (assuming it does the job right)? I know I should buy a flat screen tv but my current budget is low. I switched to Helix to save money. I recently moved from Bell to Videotron, with Bell I could search for any show to either set up recordings or watch immediately. I don't see that option through Helix. Crave channels bundle
The Crave channels plus HBO bundle says its 20$ more on the bill. But when i try to add it, it only goes up by 5$ instead of 20$. So can someone explain this to me please? there's a big difference between 5$ and 20$ and if that's the case let me know the conditions of this rate so i can make an informed decision. Can you change the IP range used by the router?
I plan on installing helix in brdige mode and then just plugging in my network. I have a complex installation with static ipS. DHCP and a separate 10gbe network. All my devices are set to the range 192.168.1.1 to 255 but the router is set to 192.168.0.1 I know I need to log in via 10.0.0.1 but can this router allow the address range to be changed?
