As tu testé avec un autre ordinateur ou avec un appareil mobile, tablette, etc. ?
As tu des applications ouvertes qui utilisent l'internet ? Torrent, pare-feu, caméra de sécurité qui diffuse sur Internet, etc. ?
Pour continuer sur les points de samus,
-As-tu testé sur plusieurs appareils et pas juste un?
-L'age du routeur (un routeur a une duré de vie limité)
-Résultat d'un speedtest direct au modem?
-Si un reset électrique du routeur change rien, est-ce qu'un formattage de l'appareil mieu? (générallement fait en tenant le bouton reset enfoncé ~30 secondes)
-Quand tu dit \"service client\", parle tu du service a la cliente ou soutient technique? (Si service a la cliente, je te conseille d'appeler le soutient technique)
