What you’re describing sounds like intermittent interference or signal instability rather than a permanent fault with your HELIX setup. Even if nothing changed in your home, new devices nearby (neighbors, construction equipment, even seasonal HVAC systems) can introduce bursts of noise that disrupt Wi‑Fi and gateway communication. NetSpot and similar tools can help visualize channel congestion and signal strength over time, but they take practice—look for spikes or drops in signal quality that line up with your outages. If the interruptions keep happening and support can’t pinpoint the source, switching to Bell Fibre’s direct connection would bypass Wi‑Fi interference entirely since it’s a wired service to the gateway.
