Helix Tv App Samsung TV Issue
Has anyone on a new samsung tv recently have their Helix TV app show a black screen only when you try to access the app. I know it's not the TV I tried everything possible. Something is going on with the app on thr samsung tv. Anyone else having this issue? It caused me to miss the first period of the hockey game tonight and had to watch the rest on my phone.

I had a similar issue a few weeks ago and it turned out to be related to the latest app update on Samsung TVs. Clearing the cache and reinstalling only helped temporarily, so I think the problem is definitely on their side.
