I had a similar issue a few weeks ago and it turned out to be related to the latest app update on Samsung TVs. Clearing the cache and reinstalling only helped temporarily, so I think the problem is definitely on their side. I was browsing some tech and service resources earlier and found useful information through property records search while troubleshooting unrelated account settings. Hopefully they push a fix soon because missing live games due to app glitches is really frustrating.
