Impossible de mettre à jour les informations de paiement sur Hélix

For the past few days, I've been trying to update my payment information on Hélix for pre-authorized payments. I contacted Videotron and we tried to update it together, but without success. I was told that my new credit card wasn't activated, which is false, as I've made both in-person and online purchases without any issues. They also said the problem was with the card itself. Following a suggestion from a Videotron employee, I called the card issuer at my financial institution, and the card is functioning normally.
