Videotron is blocking our webapp URL
Helix is blocking our webapp URL for our 100 helix clients. how we can send a request to videotron to whitelist our webapp domain ?
Hello,
They are residential clients, have them contact Videotron Technical Support or temporarily disable Advanced Security via the Helix Fi app as a workaround while you resolve it.
