This is unlikely to be censorship and is most often due to a technical issue like DNS configuration or Parental Control/security filtering on your Videotron modem/router. Since it works on 5G (a different network), the problem is isolated to your specific LAN/Wi-Fi setup.You could try changing your router's DNS settings or checking the e-zpassme Helix Fi app for any active Parental Control or Advanced Security features.
