Hi there, We have two Illico 8642HD recorders - one in the basement and one in the living room. We used to be able to see the recordings on the living room recorder through the basement one. This morning I cannot see the recordings on the other recorder. Is that a change made by Videotron or did I lose a config. If so how to get it back? Long story short, I created an xbox account using aVideotron.ca email and now that my account has been hacked, the only way Microsoft will allow me to recover it is through, emailing them directly from the sign up email which was the videotron one. Having spoke to employees, only members registered before July 21st 2020 can create Videotron.ca emails. Would someone be willing to help me on this? I've just switched from Illico to Hélix. I also have my two cell phones with Videotron. Why is the billing for the two services separate? possibility to pay my monthly account by credit card directly on the app or the web my account, so not to have to call by phone and wait 30 to 60 minutes on hold. No I don't want to do pre-authorized payments... I don't trust you having my CC info on your servers. Also on the app or web my videotron.ca possibility to remove channels on " à la cart", adding is possible... why not to remove? A warning to other customers, Videotron is playing games on agreed prices in contracts. I received a letter stating that the DUO offer discount of $20 on my internet package is apparantly an error, yet when I signed up for mobile service back in 2014 it was part of the deal. I qualified and could keep the DUO offer if I have a mobile service along with another Videotron service with a minimum of $60 (which I do). After years of having this offer and after many changes to my account (being reassured I still qualified for this offer as long as I met the terms outlined in the contract) they've decided to claim it as an "error", how convenient. After speaking with one satisfaction he agreed it was shady and that I was not the only customer affected and calling in, however upon requesting to speak with a supervisor I was hang up on (thanks videotron). The second agent seemed to understand right off the bat but offered no advice/no counter satisfaction offer and was not willing to workout something at all.
