If you’re observant, you’ve probably noticed that some of our users now have this little icon identifying them as Super Users. What’s a Super User? They’re the most active and useful members of the Forum, the crème de la crème of users: they help others with Videotron products and services, share their knowledge, come up with solutions and show customers how they can find solutions themselves in the Support section of our website. In short, Super Users are your best allies when you’re looking for an answer to a question! Who are the Super Users? You probably noticed some changes in the look of our forum: after a big 6 months of activity, we decided that a small facelift was necessary, in particular to make browsing easier and improve your online experience. First of all, as we start another new year, I would like to welcome all our new users to the Forum. Good to see you here! If you haven’t already done so, please check out the First Steps section. It will give you the basics on how our Community works and explain how to become a super-user and get the rewards to which you are entitled ;-) The more you participate – by starting conversations, answering questions, giving “Likes” – the more recognition you will get. As you collect badges and move up in the rankings, you will receive new rights, such as adding a profile pic. I have asked for a new rate for my internet since I found 100Mbps was way too much being a senior I only look at movies on Netflix which after inquiring I only need 5Mbps. To my surprise, they sent me another ' contract' to which I have not adhered to yet since I only requested a quote, and not at all what I wanted. possibility to pay my monthly account by credit card directly on the app or the web my account, so not to have to call by phone and wait 30 to 60 minutes on hold. No I don't want to do pre-authorized payments... I don't trust you having my CC info on your servers. Also on the app or web my videotron.ca possibility to remove channels on " à la cart", adding is possible... why not to remove?
