Configurer Thunderbird Ubuntu pour toujours downloader les courriels de mon Webmail Videotron?
Bonjour, j'ai vu des instructions sur Vidéotron et sur le net qu'il faut que le serveur entrant soit un pop.videotron.ca et port 995, mais il n'est pas indiqué quoi faire ensuite pour les répertoires sur le local qui vont recevoir tous les courriels de mes 2 comptes Webmail. Mon Thunderbird est déja configuré pour de la réception IMAP de ces 2 comptes Webmail. Qui doit/va définir les répertoires sur le local pour mes 2 comptes de courriels? Qui doit/va faire la relation entre les répertoires local et tous les répertoires dans chacun de mes comptes courriels VIdéotron? I am using aNew Generation remote (UEI) for my Illico service. In the last few days, the power buttons for tv and cable turn red when any button is pressed. This has never happened before. The Videotron help site says slow red flashing power light means low batteries. Fast flashing red means a problem with the device which requires support help. In my case, the flash is neither slow or fast. The button just turns red when any button is pressed and stays on until the button is released. The batteries were weak so I changed them. No difference. Performance of the remote does not seem to be affected. Hello, My parents own two Illico Cisco 4642HD terminals at their home; one was manufactured in January 2012 and the other in June 2014. Using the 2014 version, they have access to the HD versions of the CTV Comedy, Movie Time, Starz 2, to name a few. However, on the 2012 one, they only have access to the SD version of those channels on TV (they DO have access to HD of other channels, but not all of them). Is possible to update the software or is there anything Videotron can do to help? Or do they need to purchase a more recent Illico terminal? Hi, I'm trying to login to my old Videotron email, but need to reset the password in Customer Center. When trying to reset, the page tells me it's going to send an email to the same Videotron email I'm trying to reset. How can I deal with this issue? I tried "Chat with a representative" but it doesn't work. I'm unavailable for phone calls. Hi, I'm trying to login to my old Videotron webmail but need to reset the password. To do that, I need to login to Customer Center. But when putting "Forgot password" it tells me that it's going to send an email to my Videotron webmail which I'm trying to reset in the first place. What happened to the automatic 'invoice ready' reminder?
I switched to paperless billing years ago and always received an email notice when the invoice was issued. This stopped in January for Helix and our regular accounts and I was late to pay one. I have 'chatted' with them, gone to a Videotron store, and called. This is supposed to be automatic for everyone who is paperless. No one seems able to fix it, and this is a super high tech company. I'm a new customer. I was charged almost $300 plus tax to subscribe, and they've taken my first month's payment. Does the Videotron Helix have a limit on the number of VPN connections it can support? I don't seem to be able to connect to the office when my partner is connected to their office. Similar problem when a co-worker works from mine, only one of us is able to connects. I have asked for a new rate for my internet since I found 100Mbps was way too much being a senior I only look at movies on Netflix which after inquiring I only need 5Mbps. To my surprise, they sent me another ' contract' to which I have not adhered to yet since I only requested a quote, and not at all what I wanted. I'm baffled, I have been trying to make a Customer Center account, getting message that my account isn't reconizable?? I have a Helix account and was told that the same user name and password would work on videotron customer center, it does not. Anyone else having these issues? Hi So back in march i cancelled my services with videotron and due to the pandemic I couldnt go to the store to return my devices. So a few weeks ago i received a letter in the mail with UPS shipping labels and a letter for me to return the devices. In the letter it specifies that if you dont have any boxes to go to the following site :go.videotron.com/return and fill in a form and they will ship you boxes. So I go on the site and fill in the form. After weeks of waiting I received this yellow envelope from planete courier with new shipping labels and no boxes. So I then decide to contact Videotron support via chat. The Lady on the chat says shes doesnt know what happened with the boxes and fills out another form for me. Fast forward to yesterday where i receive a second yellow enveloppe as above from planete courrier with shipping labels and no boxes. So this morning i decide to call customer service. Lady on the phone ahs no idea why i didnt receive the boxes and tells me she'll fill in the form for me again. At this point im really frustrated and i want to know if anyone else is having the same trouble i have. I recently closed my account and services, when I tried to return my equipment on march 27 everything was closed, when i called customer service i was told they wouldnt accept my equipment even if they were open. That i wouldnt be charged for anything after march 27 and a note was placed in my file.
