Call duration issues

I used to be with Telus and never had these issues.  When a call lasts for 3 hours, the call terminates automatically.  At 2h54 minutes, I get three beeps to let me know that my call will be shutting down.


How do I turn this off?  Having to call someone back or get cut off in the middle of something is really not enjoyable.


My phone is a Samsung Galaxy 7.

I believe this is a limit imposed by the network to prevent things like pocket calls that never stop. There’s nothing you can do to disable this.
