Really bad ping to Mihoyo Game servers

My ping to Mihoyo (Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero) servers went from 30ms to 120-150ms since 1 month ago. My friends who are with another provider have no problems. I already restarted the modem/router and it did not fix the problem. Using a VPN fix the routing issue but this is not a solution. From what I've seen from other Videotron users, I am not the only one with the same problem. I messaged support on Twitter and they said not our problem and closed the ticket. If the problem is not on their side then why does the other ISP have no issues. This had been going on for a month!

I have the same problem as you. I tried diverse solution and nothing work. Videotron is a failure of a compagny

I have the samew problem as you. I tried every solution on the net and nothing work. It remind me of the time when it simply didnt work.

Videotron is a failure of a compagny, I will try to contact them all the same, but I will need to change provider if they keep failing me.
