How can I configure my illico remote?

I have a new terminal. I don’t know how to connect my TV with it so that I can use the same remote control for both of them.

    We suggest restarting all terminals to synchronize them just like yass05 has suggested. Start with the one that is not showing the recordings then the rest if the problem persists.

    You can also contact the technical support if this solution doesn't work.
