INPUT button on my remote does not work, new service only 2 weeks new and
this button never worked... can I just replace it at any videotron outlet ?

Has the remote aver been paired with your television?

did the technicien showed you how they worked? If they did worked and stopped, you should speak to technical support or go to a store.
