Issues logging in to My Account after recent update

Hi everyone,

I'm creating this post because I've been experiencing significant issues logging into my My Account on the Videotron website and app ever since the latest system update.

Specifically, I'm encountering:

Error messages when entering correct credentials.
Infinite loading screens after attempting to log in.
"Session expired" messages immediately after successful login attempts.
Difficulty resetting my password, even when following the prompts.
I've already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Clearing browser cache and cookies.
Trying different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Attempting to log in from different devices (desktop, mobile).
Uninstalling and reinstalling the My Videotron app.
Restarting my modem and router.

While it’s not directly related, I was also browsing and noticed some platforms had backend sync issues after updates, which caused login loops.
