6 phones, highest TV and Internet packages.

With phone rentals and services i pay Videotron, north of 600$ a month, every month, you can't ask for more out of a client. Last night, in the internet forums, I asked/complained about having the same upload speed for too long.

Today that account is permanently banned when i try to log on. I had 3 emails from Videotron, welcome, 1st badge, 2nd badge. I received nothing about the ban, no way to contest or even know what rule I broke, since I see similar complaints dating way back. 

I came here with upload speed frustration, but I leave with a much deeper frustration.

  • Being permanently banned from Videotron's internet forums without explanation after complaining about upload speeds, despite being a high-paying customer, is unacceptable. Immediately try contacting Videotron through phone, email, and social media, documenting all interactions. Escalate within the company if initial responses are poor. Consider filing a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS, ktag login) in Canada. Publicly share your experience cautiously and seriously evaluate switching to alternative service providers given this poor customer service.
