Immediately try contacting Videotron through phone, email, and social media, documenting all interactions. Escalate within the company if initial responses are poor. Consider filing a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS, ktag login) in Canada. Publicly share your experience cautiously and seriously evaluate switching to alternative service providers given this poor customer service.
