Appli Helix TV down?
Appli Helix TV on my Android phone does not work this morning (Erreur TVAPP-00500).
It's my first week with Helix TV. Does this appen often ?
Note: Regular TV with the terminal works well.

Get used to it! Vedeotron doesn't seem to care about their service anymore, the app rarely loads, go check the reviews in the Google Play Store and you'll understand. I left Bell for stupid stuff like this, and I see they are following in their foot steps. Good luck, as there's another issue with the TV Terminal that they turned off and people are really p*ssed, me included.
