Je suis nouveau ici..
J'ai un illico Cisco X8 (Cisco 9887HD) depuis plusieurs mois..
Il fonctionnait très bien, mais depuis env. deux semaines,
j'ai souvent des gels quand j'écoute mes émissions enregistrés.
(ça gel quelques secondes, puis ça repars tout seul)
J'ai fait un reset (débranché, rebranché).
J'ai tout effacer mes enregistrements...
Mais j'ai encore des gels..
Est-ce possible de faire une \"remise à neuf\" ? Un genre de formatage??
Je n'ai rien trouver sur le sujet sur Internet..
Ou est-ce possible que mon disque-dur commence à être defect?
Est-ce que je peu le changer?
Si oui, comment?

J'ai le même problème avec mon X8 et honnêtement, je doute que ce soit le DD. On dirait que ceci arrive principalement le soir... car j'ai eu une visite d'un tech pour l'internet et une émission qui a gelé le soir précédent fonctionne A1 devant lui.

Il est possible de faire un formatage du disque dur ainsi de mettre le terminal à son état d'origine. Pour ce faire, vous devez contacter le soutien technique de Videotron.
Est-ce que votre terminal est une location ou vous l'avez acheté? Est-ce qu'il a déjà été remplacé pour ce type de problème?

je ne sais pas si quelqu'un peux m'aider, même si le soutien technique de vidéotron n'ont jamais vu ce code d'erreur. Sur l'écran blanc avec CISCO en gros dans le haut et ca écris CVT error et sur le terminal c'est ECVT.
Est-ce qu'il y a moyen de récupérer les enregistrements?

Le technicien m'a dit que le formatage peut prendre entre 30 et 45 minutes.. OK
Je veux écouter le GrandPrix à 10h00, mais j'suis dis que je pouvais l'écouter sur Internet..
Sauf que je viens de me rendre compte que je n'ai pas accès à RDS via Internet.
Pourquoi on n'a pas accès à tout notre forfait? :smileymad:

\nj'ai moi aussi des problèmes avec cet appareil. On a mis-à-jour mes logiciels, reformaté l'appareil et refait le cablage interne et le problème reste le même.
\nUne fois par 2 semaines suite à une baisse de signal importante (selon les techs de Videotron) l'appareil gel et redémarre de lui-même sur le poste de départ et en changeant de canal l'écran deviens noir complétement. Aucune baisse de courant, si je demande le menu de l'appareil X8 il affiche son menu et PAF on redémarre. Il m'on changé l'appareil mais le problème reste entier. J'ai fait multiple appel de service auprès de Vidéotron, personnel très pro et correct. J'ai su de façon non officiel que cet appareil cause beaucoup de problèmes et qu'on tente de les remplacé par les 4k dans la mesure du possible.

Dans mon cas je l'ai acheté et je n'ai pas pu avoir le switch pour le 4k, le tech à tout fait pour me rendre ce service mais on lui a répondu que NON. Alors il semble que je devrai vivre avec mon probléme jusqu'en milieu 2018 pour voir si le modèle 4k est plus fiable. Ça m'apprendra à ne plus payé pour un décodeur.

Lorsqu'un problème (gel d'image/son, mosaique) se produit toujours au même point lors de la lecture d'un enregistrement spécifique, il s'agit habituellement d'un problème de diffusion ou de signal. Cela veut dire que l'émission a subit un problème lors de son enregistrement original, et donc la mosaique ou le gel d'image a été enregistré à même l'émission.

Si le gel/mosaique se produit à des moment aléatoires lorsqu'on relit le même enregistrement plusieurs fois, il s'agit probablement d'un problème de terminal (notamment le disque dûr).

Donc dans la situation actuelle, puisque l'enregistrement gêle toujours au même endroit, il est probable qu'il y a eu un problème temporaire au moment de l'enregistrement, tout simplement. Si c'est le seul enregistrement en problème, il n'y a pas lieu de s'inquiéter!
