wifi connection with roku
Hello, I can get my Roku TV set up and working on Videotron data using my cellphone as a hotspot, so I know the Roku television works, but it will not connect to my Videotron wireless network (helix)...
It could be a compatibility issue with Helix’s Wi-Fi settings—try switching to a 2.4GHz network if you’re on 5GHz. If that doesn’t work, on the Videotron support page for specific troubleshooting steps.
