Signing into TV channel apps on Fire TV brings up traditional videotron logins

Hello,

I'm a Helix subscriber.  I also own a few Amazon Fire TV devices.  They offer several channels apps that have some free content but most of the content you must sign in.  For example, to sign in to Global TV app, they ask you to go to a Globaltv site, enter a code, and then a selection appears asking who is your provider.  I select Videotron and it takes me to a traditional videotron login page (not Helix).  My email and password do not work there.  CTV app doesn't even offer Videtron as a provider.

So, what are you doing to fix this ?
