Hi,
I don't remember entering a PIN number to access the content, menus, and, the parental controls, etc.
Where do I get this? Is there a default PIN?

Hi Saab2017,
Your administrator PIN (or purchase PIN) is required to confirm a specified rental order or for parental controls. If you don’t have a PIN, a screen will appear allowing you to create an administrator PIN.
You can change your PIN in the Controls and limits menu.
This PIN is created during the initial setup. If you don't remember it, you can contact our Technical Support at 1-877-380-2611 to reinitialize your PIN.

I thought the terminal had a default pin ?? is it 1111? Shouldnt that work?

Hi there
Same for me, when I try to change the channels on the tv, it asks me for a PIN # which I do not have. When I try to go on the site, I do not know what username to use. It also does not recognize my user name when is say forgot !
