I've been havinv the same problem for a couple of weeks now. Tbis is new because we've had Helix for at least 6 months. I called tech support and they made me play around with the settings, move the gateway right next to the TV, plug the terminal straight into a wall socket instead of a surge protector,nothing worked. So what did you do that solved the problem? Please help me if you can, this is really annoying .
