Remote rt-u63p-i5 not turning on my cisco explorer 8642hd

The remote works fine for the TV and other devices, but unable to turn on or control the cable terminal explorer 8624hd. The remote works fine on the 9887hd terminal.

Just suddenly stopped working, even changed the batteries.

Hard reser the terminal and even reset the remote and the Cisco explorer 8624hd will still not turn on.

If the remote works fine on an other terminal, then your problem is not with the remote as all remotes are made to work with any terminal out of the box.

Do any other buttons work on the remote ?
