Paying over 400 a month for 9gigs

What can i do about getting severely ripped off every single month forr years with no recourse? Is it reasonable to pay this insane rate and be belittled for wanting more data countless times? Is it legal, ultimately? How would the CRTC respond to such oppressive and financially destructive rates?

Have not been contacted in private. Everything Im told in regards to boosting my plan has been a lie 10/10 times. My myriad requests are documented in detail, no way of getting what i need with this company.
