30 SujetsStudent moving to BC - use Videotron until get permanent address?
I could have sworn I already asked this question but I can't find any trace of it. We have mobile plans in Ottawa with Videotron, which I think expire at the end of the year. Our daughter is moving to Vancouver to attend university in August. Can she use her Videotron plan for a few weeks or a couple of months until she gets her permanent address in residence? Once she has that, she can get a BC phone plan instead. ThanksRésolu1,7 kVues0like2CommentairesWhere to file complaints regarding misinformation from Satisfaction Department agents?
As a long time customer I'm beginning to lose faith in Videotron every year especially with their customer service practices. After a very frustrating day of having a quote generated by one satisfaction agent and then only to be told by subsequent agents that they will not honor it, where can I file a complaint regarding these agents for misinformation? Hi, just wanted some clarification on how the cancellation indemnity works. Tried to search site and message board but not clear to me. So as an example choosing a high end cell phone such as Samsung Galaxy S8 http://www.videotron.com/residential/mobile/devices-and-accessories/phones/galaxy-s8#/order/info It lists $1029.95 as cash price $249.95 as cost for a 24M plan at $79.95 $149.95 as cost for a 24M plan at $89.95 Assuming I had signed the 24 month contract and asked Videotron to cancel early, how is cancellation fee calculated?Résolu14 kVues0like3CommentairesUnlimited SMS mobile plans versus SMS APIs
Hi, considering the fact that all SMS APIs (for application development) out there only offer pay-as-you-go SMS plans (scaling with SMS volume), does a mobile phone with unlimited SMS really has unlimited SMS ? Would I get blocked trying to send 1 million SMS segments per months ? If not, instead of using an SMS API (let's say Twilio) with a pay-as-you-go plan that would cost around 400$/month to handle around 50k SMS (and scaling), I could get a mobile plan with unlimited SMS and connect the phone to my server to automatically handle these 50k+ SMS for only ~34$/month. I must be missing something...3,1 kVues0like1Commentairecancellation
