bought 2nd hand phone, blacklisted after 2 weeks.. what can I do?

I bought a second hand phone from Kijiji, used it on Videotron for about 2 weeks just fine.

Today it was suddenly marked blacklisted and doesn't work on network any more..

Is there any way Videotron can help me out? I already submitted a claim on CAFC and going to contact local police as well, but just trying to see if I can get any other help..
