bought 2nd hand phone, blacklisted after 2 weeks.. what can I do?
I bought a second hand phone from Kijiji, used it on Videotron for about 2 weeks just fine. Today it was suddenly marked blacklisted and doesn't work on network any more.. Is thereany way Videotron can help me out?
