Helix Internet Configuration
Hello,
Long story short my internet is good on my Xbox until someone else starts streaming Netflix. Does anyone know a way to prevent this on the Helix Gateway? Is there a QoS available with helix or is there anything similar?

If you use the Helix Fi app on your phone, you should be able to set custom profiles for devices/users. Otherwise, look in the gateway settings for device control. Wish I could be of more help, but I use my modem in bridge mode and run my own router through it.
