I have installed a new Helix gateway and TV appliances. I am using the gateway only as a passthrough router (no WiFi), since I already have a business router and access points. Is there any way of saving the gateway's configuration to a local file?
There is currently no method to export a copy of the Helix Fi gateway configurations. However, we take note of this and will forward the suggestion to our team who compiles requests for improvements to our products and services. Cheers!
