Sound goes off on some channels
Sometimes the sound suddenly cuts out on certain channels for about 60-90 seconds. It's happened on TSN, CTV, City, Sci-Fi and Comedy. All Bell Media channels. I know other Videotron subscribers who ...

I’ve had similar issues where the sound works fine on some channels but suddenly disappears on others. It can be pretty confusing, especially when everything else seems normal. I usually test a few different audio sources and even try some sound buttons to see if the problem is limited to a specific channel or affects the whole system.
