Sound goes off on some channels
Sometimes the sound suddenly cuts out on certain channels for about 60-90 seconds. It's happened on TSN, CTV, City, Sci-Fi and Comedy. All Bell Media channels. I know other Videotron subscribers who have the same problem with the same channels. I called my friend, who has Bell Fibe, during one of these sound outages to check if his sound was working and it was fine. This has been going on for over a year. What can be done?

I’ve had similar issues where the sound works fine on some channels but suddenly disappears on others. It can be pretty confusing, especially when everything else seems normal. I usually test a few different audio sources and even try some sound buttons to see if the problem is limited to a specific channel or affects the whole system.
