I don't have a PIN

Hi,    I don't remember entering a PIN number to access the content, menus, and, the parental controls, etc. Where do I get this? Is there a default PIN?    Thanks

I thought the terminal had a default pin ?? is it 1111? Shouldnt that work?

Hi there

Same for me, when I try to change the channels on the tv, it asks me for a PIN # which I do not have.  When I try to go on the site, I do not know what username to use. It also does not recognize my user name when is say  forgot ! 

pleaaaaase help me Anonyme    :manembarrassed:
