HELIX Terminal FORCE 5G connection

How can I force my Helix TV Terminals to remain on the 5G connection? I only have 2 terminals connected using WI-FI, all my other devices are connected using a different WI-Fi and wired connections using my own wireless router. Sometimes one of the terminals switches to a 2.4G connection. Can I force the gateway to always use the 5G connection for devices?

    Regarder sur votre facture, il devrait y avoir 2 lignes suivantes.

    Sans necessairement etre en ordre, un représente le prix du club illico mobile, l'autre le rabais car il est inclu dans certain forfait mobile.

     

     

    En cas de toute, le meilleure chose a faire sera d'appeler le service a la clientele car ici, personne n'a accès a votre nis a votre facture.

    Hi wspeeckaert! The only way you could do that would be to access 10.0.0.1 ( username: admin /  password: password ) and to rename one of the WiFi networks.
