I am experiencing exactly the same puzzle with the US App Store. It's frustrating not to be able to take full advantage of the Helix subscription because of that. I would really like Videotron to offer an internationally accessible version, or at least an alternative solution. For now, other than creating a second Canadian Apple ID, I don't see a real simple workaround. Too bad we have to juggle this in 2025…
