Videotron and 30 days garantee
Ok so here is my very short version story. I tried to cancel my subscription last night, on the 30th day of Videotron's "30 days Satisfaction Guarantee" but couldn't do it online as I assumed I could...

I did just that this morning but in the end they said that it their terms are clearly stated in black on white and that I had no recourse. End of story. Wow.
If you on the other hand believe that Videotron was harsh and are willing to look into my case, please let me know how to contact you and I will be very please to reach out.
